Champion, Veronica Knippler. Runner Up, Wendy McGreevy. The President’s Cup is a match play tournament and is played in consecutive elimination rounds at a date to be determined by the Board of Directors. Eligibility is required.

Membership Information
The purpose of the SCWGC is for the enjoyment of competitive golf in a friendly social environment while adhering to the USGA rules and etiquette of golf. The SCWGC is a member of the Women’s Public Links Golf Association of Southern California (WPLGA); our membership entitles you to participate in their competitions. The SCWGC plays every Tuesday at the San Clemente Golf Course with tee times beginning at 8:00 a.m. We have three major tournaments during the year including the Club Championship. If a player has an established handicap index of 40.4 or less, she can join upon paying the club dues. If a player does not have a handicap, the club has a procedure of establishing one by playing a minimum of five qualifying rounds with members of the club. (Qualifying score from silver,110. Qualifying score from gold, 119.)
About the Course
. The San Clemente Municipal Golf Club is a scenic, family friendly championship 18-hole golf course where Fridays are still weekdays and walkers are still welcome. PLAYERS CAN PLAY OFF THE SILVER OR THE GOLD TEES. Owned and operated by the City of San Clemente, the course is located approximately one mile from the Pacific Ocean and features ocean views from a number of holes. Named “Best Value in Orange County” in 2008, the rolling hills and relaxed atmosphere of the “Muni” have remained popular with local golfers for over seventy five years.
Third Tuesday of Each Month
On the third Tuesday of each month we have our monthly general meeting. On this day we have "game day".
Each lady pays in four dollars for our payout. Some examples of play day are Champs Choice, Irish Four Ball, and Blind nine. We also have a Club Championship Tournament and A President's Cup.
